RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Acapparelstore accepts returns for eligible products within 30 days after delivery.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
• Unused and unworn
• In its original condition
• Returned with its tags and original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

If your return is accepted, we will provide complete mailing instructions. Products returned without approval may not be accepted.
Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer or supplier.

Customers are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label and using a reliable shipping company.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning a product because of a change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference.
Acapparelstore will pay the return shipping cost if the product is damaged, defective or different from what was ordered.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged, defective or incorrect.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact acapparelstore@gmail.com immediately. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
We will review the problem and provide a replacement or refund when approved.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
The following products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect:
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Bridal wear clearly marked as final sale
• Gift cards
• Opened or used personal-care products
• Products clearly marked as final sale before purchase
Regular discounted products can be returned unless they are clearly marked as final sale.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To purchase another size or product, return the eligible original product for a refund and place a new order.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If an eligible product is shipped to a customer in the European Union, the customer may cancel or return the order within 14 days after delivery without providing a reason.
The product must be unused, unworn, in its original condition and returned with its tags, original packaging and proof of purchase.
This right is subject to applicable exceptions under European Union consumer law. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrect.
REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.
