SHIPPING POLICY
Acapparelstore ships products to customers in the United States and other eligible countries shown at checkout.
UNITED STATES SHIPPING
Standard shipping costs $10 for orders below $50.
Standard shipping is free when the order total is $50 or more.
The estimated delivery time for United States orders is 7–20 business days after the order is placed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Standard shipping to eligible countries outside the United States costs $12 for orders below $50.
International shipping is free when the order total is $50 or more.
International orders are estimated to arrive within 10–60 business days after the order is placed.
Most international orders arrive sooner. However, delivery to certain countries may take up to 60 business days because of the destination, carrier availability, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges required by their country.
BUSINESS DAYS AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.
ORDER PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT
Products may be shipped by our fulfillment partners from different warehouses, including warehouses outside the United States.
An order containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages at different times.
TRACKING INFORMATION
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Tracking information may require several days to become active after the order has shipped.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers must provide a complete and correct delivery address during checkout.
Contact us immediately if you entered an incorrect address. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS
If your tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, first check with household members, neighbors and the shipping carrier.
If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at acapparelstore@gmail.com. Include your order number and tracking information so we can review the problem.
